§ 53-01. Authority and general provisions.

The City is authorized by the Florida Constitution and the provisions of chapter 166 and section 403.0893 of the Florida Statutes to construct, reconstruct, repair, improve and extend stormwater management systems and to establish just and equitable rates, fees and charges for the services and facilities provided by the system. This chapter shall hereinafter be known and may be cited as the stormwater utility management program (SUMP) chapter of the City.
