§ 113-99. Penalty.

Any person or persons, officers, agents, or employees or the representatives of any firm, corporation, or association violating the provisions of any section of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500,00, or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding 60 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court, for each offense.
