No licensee may change the name of an adult-related business unless and until he or she satisfies all of the following requirements:
(a)

Provides the business licensing section with 30 days' notice in writing of the proposed name change;

(b)

Pays to the business licensing section a change-name fee to be set by resolution of the City Council; and

(c)

Complies with § 865.09, F.S., the Florida Fictitious Name Statute.
